DIRECTION OF USE

 

This is a retention enema. Retain the fluid for 12 to 15 minutes before release.

A. Preparation Using Organic Enema Coffee Powder

Mix 3 heaped tablespoons of NewLife™ Organic Enema Coffee Powder with 3 to 4 glasses (3/4 to 1 litre) of distilled water. Boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.

Strain coffee. Cool to body temperature. Add I tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar or dissolve 1/4 teaspoon of potassium supplement K-Salt. This will help you to retain the enema better.

You may prepare the coffee the night before, refrigerate and warm it to body temperature before use.

B. Preparation Using Organic Enema Coffee Sachet

Bring to boil one sachet of the NewLife™ Organic Enema Coffee with 3 to 4 glasses (3/4 to 1 litre) of distilled water. Then simmer for 15 minutes.

Important

• If you find it difficult to retain the 4 glasses of coffee, you may prepare the coffee by using 3 heaped tablespoon of the enema coffee with 3 glasses of distilled water.

• If possible, have a normal bowel movement before the enema. This enema is not designed to cleanse the lower bowel like a water enema, rather for a very special effect on your liver and the blood, which is more effectively achieved if the bowels have moved and the lower colon is clear.
